HTTP -- get HTTP headers

Called with the name of an HTTP header field, returns its value. Capitalization and the use of hyphens versus underscores are not significant.
Syntax: %HTTP%
Syntax: %HTTP{"Header-name"}%

Examples:

`%HTTP{"Accept-language"}%`
